Managing a warehouse for a large company that constantly ships pianos, I have had to deal with many Piano Carriers. Fay offers the best customer service I have come across by a country mile!! Even when they couldn't do the job due to being booked out, Fay recommended another company with no problem. The delivery guys are great too!! Highly recommend this company.

I bought a piano that was delivered by a piano removal company (who will remain nameless) who claimed they couldn't put my piano where I wanted it; the stairs were too narrow, the corner too tight and the roof too low. They also told me that getting my piano where I wanted it would involve removing windows from a second floor bedroom, and that I'd need to remove my fence and hire a long-reach forklift to have it transported via my backyard and lifted to the second floor of my house. I was devastated. What should have been an exciting day turned into an anxious delivery where I was hurried into choosing a different room to put my piano in.
I soon after contacted EPR to get a second opinion on the advice I was given. Fay, Trevor and Lee couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with from the very start. Fay asked for details and arranged an on-site consultation and quote within the week. Trevor and Lee arrived as promised and, after checking out the measurements and rooms to move from and to, they reassured me that they could move the piano up the stairs where I originally wanted it to be. No drama and no fuss.
On the day of the move, they arrived promptly and moved the piano safely, smoothly and without any issues. It is very clear that the team at EPR are total professionals, and Trevor and Lee are complete experts at what they do. They know what to do, how to do it, were friendly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole move.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the entire Extreme Piano Removals Team! I will use them again in the future knowing with confidence that they can will get the job done to a highly professional level of service.

They helped me to move my piano to a new home today. Highly recommended. Extremely professional, arrived on time, really skillful, super fast and excellent job. It seemed so easy but I know it was not. At the previous moving home I used a home removalist for both my normal stuff and piano which turned out to be disaster. I had to call two friends to help and it took an hour each end by 4 men to move the piano out and in. Never again! Piano should be moved by piano removal professional like them.

The guys made it look like a breeze!
Got a call the night before with a time frame - got a call 30 min before they turned up. Had about 20 stairs down the front or a slope around the outside of the house - now extra charge !
Payed what they quoted - actually expected extra for the stairs as they said $3.- per stair.
So pretty happy - and would highly recommend the company.

From the very first contact Fay has been excellent to deal with. Needed a professional service for one of our clients to move a grand piano from the Central Coast to the inner West of Sydney. On time and very professional. The delivery team Mark and his helper where superb! Will be using you guys most definitely again!
